Capture a source

Click start. When the picker opens, choose a tab or your whole screen and tick “Share tab audio” or “Share system audio”.

Share the room code

A six-digit code appears. Pass it to the receiving device.

Keep the tab open

The stream runs until you stop it, disconnect, or close the tab.

Lossless audio PCM

Raw 16-bit 48 kHz stereo over the data channel — no codec, no compression. Uses ~1.5 Mbps and needs a reliable connection. This is as good as it gets. When this is on, HD Opus is ignored.

HD audio

Stereo 48 kHz Opus at up to 510 kbps with forward-error-correction and a wider jitter buffer. Adds ~50 ms of latency in exchange for near-transparent quality. Turn off for lowest-possible-latency monitoring.

Prefer direct connection

Skips the TURN relay. Lowest latency when both peers can reach each other. Turn off if the connection fails (symmetric NAT, restrictive firewall).

Get the room code

Ask the sender for the six-digit code shown on their device.

Enter the code. Audio plays locally. Pick any output device (AirPods, speakers, interface).
